Position Overview 

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Developer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our product design team. You will independently design and refine user experiences for our digital products while collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams. You will translate user research insights into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that drive user engagement and business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Independently own end-to-end design solutions for assigned features, from initial research through final implementation 

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to communicate design concepts and interaction patterns 

• Design comprehensive UI components with all possible states (default, hover, active, disabled, error, loading states) 

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to inform design decisions 

• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) and maintain clear visual hierarchy, typography, and color contrast 

• Design intuitive forms with validation, error messaging, and real-time feedback for interactive components 

• Maintain design consistency across applications; contribute to design system maintenance and component library 

• Create design documentation in Figma; prepare high-quality deliverables for developer handoff 

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into user-centric solutions 

• Accept feedback constructively and iterate designs based on user and team input 

  
  

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer 

• Demonstrated experience designing for web and/or mobile applications 

• Portfolio with 2-3 case studies documenting your design process and outcomes 

• Proven experience independently managing complete design projects from research through implementation 

Technical Skills 

• Expert proficiency in Figma (required) 

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches 

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts 

• Experience with design systems and component library management 

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to implement accessible designs 

• Familiarity with design documentation and collaboration tools 

Design & Soft Skills 

• Comprehensive understanding of UX design principles and methodologies (user research, information architecture, usability testing) 

• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy 

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and interaction specifications 

• Strong communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences 

• Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and design teams 

• Attention to detail with ability to maintain consistency across design systems 

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to develop creative, user-centered solutions 

• Empathy for users and willingness to continuously learn design trends and best practices 

Education 

B.E Or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Product Design, or equivalent.
